Online transfer often freezes until the old employer marks date of exit. Raise it on the member portal and mail HR the same day.
Form 13 path (member portal)
- Activate / log in to your UAN on the EPFO member portal.
- Seed Aadhaar, PAN and bank. Name and DOB must match Aadhaar.
- File the online transfer claim (Form 13) against the new member ID once date of exit is marked.
- Track the claim. If it sits, the usual blocker is unmarked date of exit or a KYC mismatch.
